This video is a promotional piece with the intent of informing students about a new strategy to launching small groups called Groups of Three. Keoke King, San Francisco Metro Director, came to us asking for help promoting a new idea in their vision to launch movements throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Our objective was to recognize a student’s need for Christian community, show them that it is not hard to find, and motivate them to action. The San Francisco metro team had already shot much of the footage when they initiated with us and adding to that footage we brought a story together of several students involved in G3’s and the impact it has had in their lives. To give it a San Francisco urban feel, we used upbeat club style music, more edgy shots from different angles, and played with some stylized effects.
Dave Lowe, local leader at UC Davis, asked for a five minute video to show at the May 06 fund development banquet. We used footage they provided to communicate the 'Win, Build, Send' strategy for Davis and campuses in surrounding cities. The video was arranged so that it can be easily re-edited into a vision piece to be shown at small group gatherings or for Parent¹s Weekend.
